Just Shut Up: A Message From Our Youth

Frankly, I think most youth (college and younger) would agree with these statements and take them as truth. If they proclaim to be atheist, naturalist, existentialist or one of the other god-less world views this is fairly permissible; albeit disrespectful.
On the other hand, this is a great opportunity to exhibit why Christ was and is so unique. See the statement-by-statement breakdown after the break:
I'm allowed to dislike somebody who hurt me.
“But to you who are willing to listen, I say, love your enemies! Do good to those who hate you. Bless those who curse you."
- Luke 6:27-28
I'm allowed to say what I want.
"Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech."
- 1 Peter 3:10
Laugh how I want.
"Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarsejoking, which are out of place..."
- Ephesians 5:4
Do what I want.
"...offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind."
- Romans 12:1-2
Be who I want.
"So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them."
- Genesis 1:27
This is my life.
"For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it."
- Luke 9:24
