Often times we idolize a person or organization that seems perfect from the outside. We put them on a pedestal and see an unreachable goal. But if we look closely and inspect behind the curtain, the cracks and flaws in even the most perfect facade will be visible.
We take this into account not to belittle or deface organizations held in high esteem, but we recognize that nothing is perfect. Any traits that are praiseworthy took years to develop and hours of labor to craft. The strength and success of any company was not gained overnight.
So do not see the extremely successful as impossible goals, nor be discouraged by them. Do not aim to tear them down or ridicule them either. Realize the hard work it has taken to get there, research the steps taken to achieve that success, and then adapt them to your own mission.
