Always Ready to Learn

When meeting new people I try to be unassuming, but if it comes to technology I figure I'll be helping everyone else with their phones, not the other way around.

My wife and I went to have dinner with some new friends, heard the husband "worked with websites," and figured we'd have something to talk about. Ten minutes into our visit he turned on his sprinklers with his phone and I promptly began asking 1,000 questions.

The lesson learned: Always be ready to learn, from anyone.
