Several of the posts this week talked about goals and making the most of your time. If you become really good at managing every minute of the day, it will seem like a minute of nothing is wasteful. And how much more could be accomplished if you slept less?
But a good steward of time not only knows the value of using it wisely, but understands that rest is a vital part of stamina. Almost ironically, to continue being productive with every minute, you have to spend some doing nothing. Get enough sleep, know your limit, and spend some time resting.
Then get back to work.
