Us and Them


When teams within an organization pit themselves against each other, there will never be a unified push towards progress. Teams may have differing opinions and conflict at times, but permanent opposition will stifle growth in the company. 

There is a fine line between pride in your team and disdain for another. Don't draw hard lines or take sides. Unity in diversity is key; be unified in your team, but even more so as an organization.
