When Everyone Works Hard

I've said it before, but I hated group projects in school. The majority of work lands on the one person who cares enough to do a good job while everyone else gets an easy "A". It was miserable, because I was usually that person.

But if you are fortunate to work on a team where everyone is invested, and each person strives for excellence in their area, the "group project" is a joy. When effort is clearly shown across the board, a trust is built. A healthy dependence on each other allows for creativity and collaboration greater than any one person can achieve.
