Where There's a Will

Six hours. That's how long it took to troubleshoot a technical problem that was eventually fixed with just a few mouse clicks. It took several calls to multiple companies and four guys all working to get something solved. It was a challenge, but we were triumphant in the end.   

It would have been easy to call it quits in hour 3, or 4, and definitely 5 hours in, but we truly desired to get it right. It's a rare instance when no solution is available; more often it's a lack of perseverance that keeps a project from completion. Push through, and exhaust all avenues before calling it quits.
