Apple’s “Goodbye Leather” Ad Omits FineWoven Cases
Apple just released a new video touting how they’ve eliminated leather from all their accessories. Yet, their replacement for iPhone leather accessories, namely the FineWoven case, is nowhere to be seen in the video.
Whenever I visit an Apple Store, I first go to the FineWoven case display to observe the current state of those accessories. Often, it doesn’t look great:

Shortly after the iPhone 15 launch, I published several videos on great third-party leather case alternatives, and they did pretty well. I’ve stuck with the Keyway leather case, and unlike FineWoven, has developed a nice patina.
